Luxe Fashion: Look for Less: Celine Nano Luggage Tote

Probably on most girls' I know wishlists (and probably all over everyone's Pinterest newsfeed) is the coveted Celine luggage tote. And despite its internet presence, it's one of those illusive bags that can only be purchased (new/real) in person, with the size described as "nano" starting at $2,300. Celine knows what they're doing.

There's a lot of inspired replicas of the luggage tote out there, but I'm especially loving the Rebecca Minkoff version of the nano tote. And the price tag of course. With a $2,100 difference, I may just have to scoop this look for less up for our trip out West!

Luxe Lifestyle: Favorite New Purchase: Slouchy Sweater Dress

The fall season is upon us! Well, maybe not in South Florida (where it is hotter than ever), but in just about two weeks we will be rejoicing in cooler weather when we head to wine country. While Christin and I are busy scooping up some of the latest fall fashions, my most recent purchase includes this slouchy sweater dress. Super comfy, I'm hoping it will be the perfect dress to take me from wine tastings during the day, to dinner and drinks at night!

Luxe Decor: Christin's House Before and Afters

So it's been one year since we first saw (and fell in love with) our house. Looking back over the past year has left me nostalgic for that exciting time when we started the house hunt, finally found our dream house and went under contract, had our closing date, made the move and started setting up home!

The moment we found the house, I started my "inspiration binder". This included before photos, floor plans, dimensions, inspiration photos and wish lists for new pieces. I just recently looked through it again and was reminded of what incredible progress we've made in just a year! While I still have a running list of more things I want to accomplish, it's good to put it into perspective and recognize how far we've come in a relatively short amount of time.

I'm sure you've seen most of these photos at some point throughout our blog posts, but who doesn't love "before and afters"?! Here are some shots I took when we first looked at the house, and some shots of how it looks now after some love, attention and elbow grease!
