Continuing on our resort wear obsession...another staple is the panama hat.  While I typically wear mine poolside with a bathing suit, look how cute the panama hat looks paired with casual wear.  Love it with a simple pair of jeans and a t-shirt!

 Looking to make a statement? One fashion rule I've always lived by is when in doubt, wear something basic and pair with really dramatic jewelry. You can't go wrong.   I recently ordered this amazing deco statement necklace and cannot wait to pair it with my new Rachel Pally maxi.  The high crewneck of the maxi is perfect for showing off my new baubles.

Luxe Fashion: Sweater Envy

As much as we love sunshine and resort wear, there is always something about this time of year that makes us want to start planning a fall trip to NYC or Wine Country.  Maybe it's our northern roots, but as the end of August nears, we get major fall fashion envy.

For the next two months. At least.  Not that we are complaining.
