Luxe Decor: Guest Bathroom Before & After

Buying a house that was built in 1925 has it's perks...but also its downfalls...  One of the downfalls for us was the bathrooms.  While, none of the bathrooms in the house are ideal, the "Jack & Jill" guest bathroom, was completely dysfunctional.  It consisted of a toilet and an unfinished vanity, along with a shower in the closet of one of the adjacent bedrooms!  NOT KIDDING!  The "shower closet" has served as a perfect place for the kitty litter in the meantime, but the renovation of the guest bath quickly moved to the top of our "To Do" list.  Our goal was to update the plumbing, enhance the fixtures and treatments and expand the space to most importantly include the shower/tub within the actual bathroom!  Home renovations have there challenges, but this one was well worth it and we are thrilled with the results!

 BEFORE
(photos taken prior to move in)
The shower is actually behind the closet door.  How did I not get a photo of the inside?!
The previous homeowner was actually using a hanging shower caddy to hold shoes.  Brilliant!
