Luxe Fashion: Look for Less: Celine Nano Luggage Tote

Probably on most girls' I know wishlists (and probably all over everyone's Pinterest newsfeed) is the coveted Celine luggage tote. And despite its internet presence, it's one of those illusive bags that can only be purchased (new/real) in person, with the size described as "nano" starting at $2,300.  Celine knows what they're doing.

There's a lot of inspired replicas of the luggage tote out there, but I'm especially loving the Rebecca Minkoff version of the nano tote. And the price tag of course.  With a $2,100 difference, I may just have to scoop this look for less up for our trip out West!

Luxe Fashion: Look for Less: Olivia Palermo's Cuff

Olivia Palermo is constantly on my radar...for so many reasons.  Hello amazing hair, the best street style, and major model boyfriend.  Whenever I see pictures of her, I find that I'm constantly dissecting each photo, studying the way she so effortlessly puts together her entire outfit. I'm not sure anyone layers colors, prints, textures and baubles quite like she does! And one thing I've noticed that is practically a constant staple accessory for her, is the gold, woven link cuff she wears on her
right hand. (stalker status.)

When this woven cuff popped up on my Pinterest feed, it immediately reminded of OP's cuff! I'm not sure who designs the cuff she wears, but I'm thinking we can be certain that Bauble Bar's version is much less! I'm making this my new go-to cuff for fall!

Luxe Fashion: Look for Less: Valentino Studs

The stud trend perpetuated by Valentino's signature bags and shoes seems to be sticking around.  And I, for one, am certainly still loving it.  The studs give just enough edge to such lady-like pieces.  Oh what I would give for a studded crossbody or a pair of those t-strap pumps!

And there are lots of imitations out there, but I continue to be drawn to the replicas Michael Kors keeps putting out.  While shopping this weekend, I noticed his boutique was filled with studded items, so much more than I could find online! Including a pair of t-strap pumps very similar to Valentino's look above...may have to pick those up for fall!

Luxe Fashion: Python Print Sandal Look for Less

I saw these python leather sandals while shopping at our local Calypso boutique a few weeks ago.  I'm a sucker for a great neutral sandal, and love a good animal print!  They are a beautiful leather, but the $300 price tag is a little tough to swallow for a sandal that I probably won't be throwing on everyday (read: they're no Tieks).

But then while perusing the plethora of sandals on Piperlime, I stumbled upon a great look for less! Synthetic they may be, but they still accomplish the same look for a WHOLE lot less!

Luxe Decor: Mirrored Consoles & Look for Less

I've been on the hunt for a mirrored console.  And come to find there are some great options out there! Parsons styles, beveling, fretwork and even a waterfall shape, I'm not sure which I like best! Though I have been after a more modern look, and love the thick beveling and contemporary lines on the piece from Wisteria.  Which one is your favorite?

And in my hunt I stumbled on a great bargain.  You know we love to seek out the look for less, but how about when it seems to be the exact same item for A LOT LESS?!

Luxe Decor: Starburst Wall Art Look for Less

You may have noticed one accessory we use again and again are the gold metal starbursts (or flowers) by Two's Company.  Though technically wall art, they make for great tabletop decor atop a stack of books or a vanity tray:

And though we don't use them as wall art in our homes, our friend Katie shows us just how much of a statement they make on the walls! Especially when multiple sets are used! Love how fun and whimsical they are!

The Two's Company set can be found anywhere from about $90-$130 versus a set at Z Gallerie for just $60! And another bonus is the Z Gallerie starbursts can be purchased individually in case just one tabletop accessory is all you're after.

Luxe Fashion: Tribal Bikini Look for Less

Have you been swooning like we have over some of the amazing bikinis featured in our "What's In Your Beach Bag?" series?! We're especially loving the tribal print bikinis by Mara Hoffman.

Sometimes the quality of high-priced swimwear is well worth the splurge, but the wear and tear of the sun and saltwater can make $200+ price tags a little hard to swallow. Especially with so many great alternatives!

Luxe Decor: Favorite New Purchase Look for Less & Giveaway Winner!

One of the most ingenious modern takes on a French classic, the Louis Ghost Chair by Phillipe Starck. I've been wanting a pair for some time! A piece that is truly minimalist, not overpowering any other furniture in the room, but it still makes a statement! Perfect for dining, at a desk, vanity, or for a large event!

Like I said, I've been coveting a pair for some time, but the $400 price tag per chair is hard to swallow. Especially when you want to have a pair,  let alone outfit an entire dining room! And though in many cases the inspired version of any piece of furniture may not have the quality and craftsmanship of the original, I decided to go ahead and get the look for less for now.  Maybe down the road I'll have the real thing, but for now the inspired version will do!

Look for Less

I have one ghost chair at my parsons desk, and the other at my vanity. And I love having the option of adding them to the head of the dining table when I need more seating!
